Which heat pump we recommend for a 200 m²?
At Thermoaqua, we typically use a standard formula for well-insulated homes: 65 W per climatizable square meter.
This allows us to estimate that for a surface area of around 140 m², the required output would be approximately 9.100 W (1400 × 65), which is equivalent to a heat pump of about 10 kW.
According to the manufacturer, a 10 or 12 kW unit could be a suitable option. In many cases, due to a minimal price difference, it is both feasible and advisable to choose a slightly oversized heat pump.
That’s why at Thermoaqua we recommend conducting a preliminary assessment before presenting a final offer, ensuring the best solution for each home.
Lower your energy consumption NOW!

Heat pump or air conditioning? It depends on your needs.
A heat pump is ideal when you want to climatize the entire home, not just a single room. Unlike conventional air conditioning, it provides both heating and cooling, and can also be integrated with systems like underfloor heating and domestic hot water (DHW) production, making it a much more complete and efficient solution.
If you only need to heat or cool the living room, it might not be the most cost-effective option. But if your goal is to climatize all rooms, the heat pump clearly stands out for its efficiency and versatility.
And if all you’re looking for is hot water, there are heat pump systems designed exclusively for DHW at a very competitive price.

Can I save on electricity with solar panels?"
Save up to 100% on your energy bills with solar panels!
I have a radiator installation. Is it possible to replace it with fancoil units?
Yes. Fancoils work better with heat pumps because they operate at low temperatures and can also provide cooling in summer. We just need to make sure the installation is compatible.
I have a solar thermal system. Is it compatible with a heat pump?
It’s possible to install them together through a coil inside the storage tank, maximizing overall efficiency.
